Details are available at: http://www.csc.lsu.edu/lcpc05/ Online submission website: http://lcpc05.ac.upc.edu/ This workshop covers all aspects of languages, compiler techniques, run-time environments, and compiler-related performance evaluation for parallel and high-performance computing. Since 1988, the annual LCPC workshops have provided a forum for leading researchers and practitioners to present their latest work and to exchange ideas about future directions. The 18th workshop was planned to be held in New Orleans, LA. Unfortunately, because of the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina, it seems unlikely that New Orleans would open up for business within the next two months. So we moved the conference to Hawthorne, NY, and will try to have it in New Orleans next year. We look forward to your submission and seeing you in Hawthorne, NY. On behalf of the program committee, Eduard Ayguade, Gerald Baumgartner, J. Ramanujam and P. Sadayappan (Program Co-Chairs and your local hosts)
